EDIT:
Speed Paint: [link]
This was meant to be a rendering study, which, overall,I guess it looks nice. Just a random cheetah for you.
Critique much appreciated on this one. Specially on composition.
I need to challenge myself more and I can see I need help to improve.
I can see this looks bland and with no purpose...no story. Because there isn't really. This started just a design doodle that I decided to paint to release stress.
Here are a few things I'd love if people could talk about, if possible, on how I can get:
- Depth of enviroment and still manage to focus on the animal.
- Make the composition more interesting.
- Better render definition. Maybe tips for making a better looking fur?
- Better lighting. Which is probably something I need to work a looot.
I won't fix it now, but I'll take the suggestions for future works!

Hello. I have to say, this is a very different piece of art. But I love it. It has very little details that I love about it, like the way that the grass looks in the background, and the little features on this cheetahs face. The neck is kind of long for a cheetah, and I would have made the whiskers a lighter color, or transparent. But all in all it is a wonderful picture. Another thing I want to point out, is the way you did his fur. I love the way how you made it golden in some areas, in others a light brown. Very beautiful drawling that is different from others.
